WHO ARE WE?
We’ve got a bunch of ways to describe who we are and what we do. We are providers of Wealth and Health. We help you Sleep Well At Night (hence the SWAN acronym in our name). We offer peace of mind. When it comes down to it though, we are insurance providers. We understand that providing protection and coverage through the vehicle of insurance is the best way to help you rest easy at night – and there’s nothing more important than a good night’s sleep.

WE’VE GOT HISTORY
For founder and broker of Blue SWAN Financial, Allan Madonik, it hasn’t always been about insurance. Allan spent over 20 years working in the mattress industry as part of his family’s business. But once Allan realized the industry was more concerned with turning a profit than providing customers with a good night’s sleep, he knew it was time to embark on a new mission.
And so, Blue SWAN Financial was born. With family values in mind and experience dealing with all the ups and downs that small businesses face, Allan began exercising his financial expertise as an insurance broker dedicated to his clients, knowing that they deserve to Sleep Well At Night.
WE’RE NOT BARE MINIMUM KIND OF PEOPLE
We always go above and beyond. Always. While life insurance agents are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years in Ontario, we far exceed that minimum. Furthering our industry education and following current financial trends is not simply a requirement for us. We are constantly working to better ourselves so that we can better serve you.
WE’VE GOT A PROCESS THAT WORKS
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, right? We have a system that works, so we continue to use it. Our 360 Degree SWAN Process features the Five Fs of Success (First Contact, Feedback, Follow-up, Financial Plan, Future) and ensures a win-win partnership between us and our clients. Every. Single. Time. But allow us to clarify. “Win-win” does not necessarily mean that we’ve “closed a deal” and sold insurance to someone. In our books, “win-win” means at the end of the day, our client is happy – whether they purchase insurance or not. We offer each client an individual, customized plan based on their needs – and we don’t charge a fee for our time. If the client decides to walk away, there is no financial obligation.
We work, live and raise our families in the GTA – our community is important to us. That’s why we try to contribute as much as possible by volunteering and serving charitable organizations like Ve’ahavta, which helps individuals stricken by poverty, and sponsoring charitable events, like the annual Golf 2 Remember event hosted by Alzheimer Society of Toronto and Alzheimer Society of York Region. We have also teamed up with Babsocks in order to help participating teams in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association raise funds for their teams while supporting CAMH – The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
