FIRST CONTACT

First, we’ll meet face-to-face or over the phone to discuss your insurance needs and decide if we are a good fit.

FEEDBACK

I will ask you questions and listen to your goals.  I will complete a needs analysis that is relevant to you.

 

FOLLOW-UP

After 48 hours, you will receive an email summary of our meeting so you can review and let us know if there are any changes. Once you have let us know of the changes, we move on to the next step.

FINANCIAL

Myself and the dedicated SWAN team will create a proposal based on our meetings and discussions that will include a recap of your current situation and challenges, the solutions we’ve identified, and the possible next steps.

FUTURE

Lastly, you and I will sit down to review the plan, ensure that you are happy with the agreement and your insurance choices, and then we will finalize our working relationship.
